Only when you let it mess with your trip. 1 or 2 extra hours going through PJIA with a full week ahead of you shouldn't ruin the whole week.
Except, this fiasco has been going on for 6+ years and will likely be 7 (or more) before actually finished and a smoothly functioning facility. Same people in charge and the same results.
