Simpson Bay is normal this morning but last night it was very windy and the sea was rolling in to shore. No waves but different than the normal calm. We went to Mullet yesterday hoping to spend a few hours in a lounger but the waves were very big. The waves would curl and spray was coming off the tops. We saw many people horizontal caught in them, and one girl was crying with a damaged shoulder. It was so hot and without a calm spot in the water for us to cool off we left. Nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night so take this info for what it's worth.
