@thecaptain I see you mentioned the Korean chicken wings at Roma/Mr. Chow - those definitely caught my eye since I had the originals in Seoul. My guide, Hans from GoWithGuide https://gowithguide.com/korea/seoul/guides took me to some great spots like Gwangjang Market where the crispy, spicy wings were incredible. Looks like Marco's place has the flavors down perfectly too. Makes me want to return to Korea to do a side-by-side taste test!
