I just did two pickup and drop off's in St Thomas. We used both Crown Bay Marina and by anchorage in Charlotte Amalie. For picking up one person, anchoring in Charlotte Amalie would be easy enough. We had the taxi meet the dinghy at the far East end of the waterfront by the t-shirt plaza. It is flat calm and easy enough to pick up passengers. The holding is good for anchoring in the harbour as well.....
