Hi Carol, EB is short for something but it’s not communicated outright. It stands for Eurobuilding group. Their website indicates they are a 5 star hotel chain with properties in Venezuela and Argentina. We would have enjoyed our stay had the food been good. And the room design with the “see in” shower could provide a jumpstart into a romantic evening I’ve attached a photo.
