I would recommend Little Harbor for Jost. Take a taxi to White Bay and Foxy’s. Good choices for restaurants there and much quieter. We also enjoyed staying the night off Guana. No place to eat on shore but great sunsets.
We plan by cruise ship schedule where we go. For the Baths, I found the best option is staying in North Sound, taking the ferry across from Saba or Bitter End and getting a taxi late in the day. The crowds are always light after 3 pm. We follow that up with a stop for a drink and appetizers or head to Hog Heaven. Ask your cab driver. They never steer you wrong.
