transplantsxm Traveler Joined: May 2008 Posts: 1,597 Sint Maarten	Best rate on the Dutch side is in the Casinos, NOT the banks. However, the Casinos are looking for you to play so 1500 Euro at once they may not do. French side exchange points in Marigot are pretty fair.
