Have been curious about NBBC cuz it looks nice. We were in a taxi from the airport to the ferry port in Marigot (was passing thru to Anguilla), and shared it with two couples that the taxi dropped off there. They only spoke French.....which is my trepidation....do you need to speak French to get by at NBBC?
