I can't remember if it's a studio or one bedroom unit but you can always try to negotiate with them once there........they might be able to put you in a different unit.....
For what it's worth, IMHO, the -03 through -09 units all have the better views of at least partial water from some point in the suite since the new building was built out front. Unless you're in a penthouse unit and I'm not very familiar with the room numbers/locations up there. Our favorites are the views on the -07 through -09 side.
They rarely run a full house and the ladies are nice about things l ike that when they can be. We love our Towers units - wouldn't trade them for anything.
