Many more wide body multi-hulls than 14 years ago - including more without a mast or sails - considerably more non boating folks aboard boats - mega Yachts of immense size [but they will mostly be off to the Med or elsewhere by June] - many more restaurants and wider selection of menus - Much better provisioning choices - a lot more inflatable dinghies - way more 22'-35'rental powerboats plying the waters and at the daytime destinations - some big packs of boats in a fleet sail cruising en masse descending on an anchorage - more and better mooring balls at a higher price - speaking of prices, the drink prices will likely be double what you remember, common for beers to be $4/$5 now - still sunny, warm clear water and a consistent breeze!!
