Jim, I would look forward to working with the Melody the new representative. As you well know, I did not have a good experience with Magali or the manager. It's my hope Sprimbarth has installed some new practices to become much more client friendly. Vacationers coming to the island need to rely on the property manager and there is no reason the property manager should be unresponsive. Especially with the issue of a robbery that we had. Thanks for the update, I'll would certainly reconsider Sprimbarth if they have changed personnel and updated their practices.
