That's strange. Did they tell you why there are no flights? I did an on line search and found a flight leaving Aug. 29th and returning on Sept 5, but no flights going to SXM on the 5th... don't know where the return plane is coming from!!
I know they don't do Friday flights anymore which is a problem for folks with Fri-Fri timeshares.
