We used InsureAssist through Insure My Trip during our last visit in Dec/Jan. I got sick 5 days into our 2-week trip (yeah, it sucked) and had to visit both the ER and the doctor's office, as well as had prescriptions filled for meds. I filed the claim when I got back home and had a check for the full amount of care and meds within 2 weeks. I won't travel without it now.
