I would definitely second (or third?) the suggestion of Grand Case Beach Club. It's very convenient to all the restaurants, is on the beach, has a resort atmosphere (and all the accompanying amenities), features a very pleasant restaurant of its own, and depending on 'when' in November, you could probably find a room in the $$ neighborhood you're looking for. We stayed there last year (after our Towers time) in a studio with loft to conveniently enjoy the Grand Case atmosphere and loved everything about it.
