Was unaware as this is a first visit for us but oh, well. He's a nice guy and for the price of our short term rental it's no problem. As it turns out, weather wise, I doubt we'll be doing a lot of beaching here anyway. The waves and surf here are wonderful to look at and listen to, but way too strong for me to venture into.
