I run a FCC-licensed Non-Commercial/Educational Low Power FM radio station in Prince Frederick MD on 102.1 and we also have internet listeners worldwide. We are all unpaid volunteers. Our small expenses are covered by a small group of underwriters.
We pay extra for something called "Port 80 service" to our streaming provider and never have a problem. Port 80 service is extremely hard to block.
If you would like to check it out just go to wmjs.org/listen
We think we have a pretty good mix of music...feel free to listen in... It's free...
