Elizabeth, we agree with you. We liked BSV very much when we stayed there, but the absence of AC in the living area made us all cranky. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" /> We like to visit in the low-season and it can indeed get quite hot without AC.
As for TV in the bedrooms, I can take it or leave it. When I'm on vacation, unless there's an exciting sporting event I want to watch, I can live without TV at all. But that's just me.
