If it's funding that is stopping the bicycle cops from wearing bullet proof vests, I would think there would be a fair number of people willing to contribute to that cause. What a shame indeed, I don't think I want to know what they are doing with the jewels being stolen in these heists. Praying for Officer Benjamin indeed.
