The starboard forward cabin (v-berth) is a full crew cabin - it has a cot, toilet (with its own holding tank) and sink with shower faucet. Only accesible from the hatch above. No A/C. I'd rather sleep on the couch in the saloon.

The port forward v-berth is accessible from above and from the attached port forward cabin. No A/C, but if the door from the port forward cabin is left open, you can get some A/C in there. They'd have to share space in a cabin or head with someone as getting dressed in that small space would be difficult.

I wouldn't have someone staying in either of those the same price as everyone else. But if it's just two guys, they could easily share the port cabin with one taking the double bed and the other sleeping in the vberth. This way they could share the cabin space but have separate sleeping areas.
