Great ideas - thanks! I think I was overthinking it. Everyone (besides my husband and myself) are new sailors on this upcoming trip. I just wanted to be sure I was covering all the bases and making things fair. And I think our friends are going to be fine splitting things evenly. Great idea about the boat kitty!
