Topless is not allowed on public beaches and all the beaches are public in St Lucia, you might get away with it at the pool on the resort, but I can't say for sure. The staff would most likely find it very distasteful
Drink all day at home, your friends worry about you; do it on vacation and they say "what a good time you're having". Save your friends needless worry, travel more!
