This is EXACTLY how I lifted it off JonJoslin's post he made some time ago - as to give him credit for my hangover when it occured. Ok, I'm cheating a bit.. This rum punch is from Jost Van Dyke, not SXM.. But we will carry a gallon or so around with us anywhere!!
Frankly, it's the Best Painkiller I have had, except for Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost.
Recipe: 1 1 gal bottled water (Don't worry, We have plans for this) 1 46oz. can pineapple juice 1 46oz. can orange juice 1 12oz. can coco lopez 1 750ml bottle of dark rum
Take the bottle of water and pour out the water. Fill bottle with all of the above juices & rum. It will fill exactly to the top of the bottle. Shake well before pouring. Pour over a glass filled with ice. (Plastic cup is mandatory) Sprinkle FRESH ground nutmeg over top.
JonJoslin
peace.
