We'll see how I do with the backboard tonight but just sitting briefly on the bed, I saw no difference.
Re the Grren Monkey. - sides were garlic mashed or FF along with carrots, and the steak was well seasoned and grilled but no sauces were offered or asked for. So very good just as it was served and IMO, no sauces were needed.

I can easily see why you'd have it as often as possible. The friends with us at the Towers are the same ones whose questions you helped me with when they stayed at OC a few years ago. They really enjoyed the quaintness and intimacy of the property so their first night here this trip they went up for drinks and stayed for dinner, and they spoke of the BBQ steak special all week. So very glad we tried it.
We brought the Securety Man a burger and fries on our way out and if course, we had to peek. It looked and smelled yummy, too.
