This is really good, first had pancakes like this at IHOP...
1-2 servings of cooked Cream of Wheat (made with all milk, not water <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Sick.gif" alt="" />)... Whatever pancake recipe of boxed you use (we usually use Aunt Jemimah Complete Buttermilk)
Make pancake batter according to directions, and then add in some of the cooked Cream of Wheat... It gives the pancakes or waffles a nice flavor and a great texture! Thin the batter as needed with milk or water if it is too thick...
