Thanks Irina, do you know if it arrives fresh (as in a side of beef they have a butcher portion out), or is it frozen and packaged already? Edit...never mind.....I think after having found this link I know the answer. A large quantity would probably need to be purchased via the salesperson in the office, and then your order is pulled from the warehouse.
