Did an extensive survey today. The bottom line is that everything was done very professionally. Yes, the buildings are wood but the roofs are robust and the doors solid with very heavy duty hardware. I was concerned about the exposed electrical conduits but those are universally for street lamps which not yet been installed. Main tranformer house and distribution centers are in an buttoned up (I will send pictures for the geeks). Was only able to get into one unit but the main distrubion panel was in with exposed mains waiting for the disconnect switch.

So it looks to me that these folks are now at the mercy of NV Gebe to install main breakers pull the switch and turn on the taps. There is no obvious indication that the contractor did not do their job.

Still conflicting statements about "when" but that is because they don't know when the NV Bebe trucks will show up.

BTW NV Gebe is the local power / water company.
