On Orient now: the resto's that are putting out chairs can fit 3 rows with ease We've been sitting in front of will be Brothers, yellow chairs - Monik [sp] owner is working on his space and Ruban is working the chairs - 2nd north of Pedro's Pedro's is 'poaching" the space in front of the old Cheryl's and putting their chairs in front Note - the old Cheryl's was apparently being rented from someone who had a resto - name escapes me - leanas maybe? Regardles that person is to be the new tenant - 1st north of Pedro's as no more sub leases allowed [for now says me the cynic, todays manager is tomorrow's leasee in all but name!] Had a great moijto today from Dwight the Moijto guy behind Brothers?
