Thanks for the pictures. I really don't remember seeing any handicapped parking in SXM before.. Flamingo has various Handicapped parking spots located in different locals at the resort. Some for the building seven lot and some at each lot for the villa buildings. Flamingo will issue a Handicap parking permit to put on your dash. Not sure if that permit would work at different businesses but could.
