Someone asked me to post this here, I have two more recipes I will add to this from my trip. We also did this sandwich with a chicken we marinated with some cajun spices I brought from home instead of the hams. And used a Port Salut soft cheese instead of the sharp. But everything else was the same... Loaf of olive bread from Grand Marche 1 avocado 1/2 cup of mayo salt and pepper to taste I go heavy on salt.. 1/2 t garlic powder 8 slices of fresh sliced old fashion ham 6 slices of Proscuitto small amount of a dutch sharp cheddar (purchased from express market) ten sun dried tomatoes in oil mash avocado, mayo, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Spread on bread. Place dried tomatoes on spread. Layer meats and cheese and cut into slices four sandwiches... Awesome... for a easy snack we would have a loaf with Nutella..
