Yachtmaster OP Traveler Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 183 British Virgin Islands	We are planning to sail around the Spanish Virgin Islands of Puerto Rico over the next few weeks. Has anyone found places in Culebra or Vieques to top off with water, buy ice and dispose of trash...? Safe and enjoyable boating.
