We arrived yesterday at PJIA at 11:30, and were at the gate at 12:05. Checking bags took longer than security and passport control.
It's a small airport, and the crowds associated with jumbo jet flights are a challenge to capacity, for sure. Seems like departure planning could be improved, definitely for the airlines and probably passengers too.
