The PR Navy usually has their "Christmas in July" party around the last week of July. So true. One time we stayed at Sandcastle and by day those boats have music cranked so loud trying to out do one another and night time too. I thought it just happened on Jost but we come down twice a year and typically I see around July 4th and there is a massive influx of PR Navy whether on Peter Island or BEYC. Literally.
