At home now. Had trouble posting while on island---kept getting message "form no longer good.." or something like that.

Never posted about the food at Le Table (formally L'Estimenet). It was just so-so nothing to complain about but nothing to warrant going back.

Bid farewell to Sanflip as they were leaving Friday. Attempted to spend Friday at Orient but the weather wasn't good, rain & wind. So we went back to Dreams. A little wind but no rain. Had another delicious meal before wishing Georges, Pascal, and Maxim a happy Easter. Told Georges we wouldn't see him again until next year. Got the kisses on both cheeks and a bon journey mes amises.

Saturday made omelets to clean up the eggs, milk, cheese, onion, red pepper, with toast and coffee then headed to the airport. Stopped to re fill the gas tank on the rental and dropped it off in the parking lot at PJA for Leslie.

Arrived at JB counter a little before 9 am only 3 other people in the airport. JB Window, due to open at 9am didn't open until 9:13 am. Through security and at our gate by 9:30 am. Stopped at Bruno's place for a sandwich for the plane. Flight had no problems and we arrived 30 minutes early. Breezed through immigration & customs faster than some I saw in the Global Entry Line. Don't know what the problem was over there. And since we hadn't flown international for over a year, we weren't familiar with the new kiosks, so I thought t would take longer but it didn't. You enter passport # for only one in your party so I used hubby's since he'd filled out form as head of household. I'm faster typing than he is. Hit all the right buttons, confirm, advance, etc then suddenly it said "look into the camera". Quickly I pushed hubby in front. Great picture of him with mouth open saying whaaat? Then it asked if any others in party and took my picture. Off we went to an agent who stamped the photo, took our form. Then on to another line (this is where I saw the Global Entry people backed up). Man collected photos and said goodby.

Luggage arrived promptly. I was surprised that we did not have to retrieve checked luggage BEFORE customs. Just got it from the belt and out the door.
Called Hampton Inn shuttle which arrived 10 minutes later to take us back to our car. Drive from Boston to RI via Ted Williams tunnel (toll $3.50) had very little traffic.

Stopped to buy milk for morning. Groceries will be later in the week. Neighbor who was watching our house left us a Portuguese Sweet Bread for Easter breakfast with a welcome back note.

Easter Sunday: wah I want to be back in SXM!!
