We had a situation after our last trip. After we were home for two days, we received an emailed photo with a picture of a dented underside of a front bumper. We would have known if we had put this dent there, and would have been upfront and honest about it. Most likely someone backed into the car - it could have happened before, during, or after our rental. We were offended that the email insinuated that we tried to deny any responsibility, and replied accordingly. We had been long time customers. The unbelievable response we received "I'm glad you will longer be my customer". I have no idea if my credit card would have covered it, since I don't know where the responsibility lies.

Was this a rental through Kennys or through another agency. Read your post and the one after it and I'm uncertain who this happened with. TY in advance for your follow-up.....
