Great question about Sandy Split. .... But I wish we had a "sticky post" that reminds people that planning a very specific itinerary is futile. Where to sail and where to spend the night is highly dependent on the weather and sea conditions. Exposed locations such as Sandy Split are even more suseptible to poor conditions and can't be planned in advance.
