Yes, they are yummy! Just don't skimp on the greens, because the color will turn out brown instead of green. Brown shake=NOT appetizing.
3 oz. baby spinach leaves 1/2 c. strawberries 1/2 banana 1/4 c. pomegranate juice 1/2 c. soy milk (or cow's)
Blend it up till nice and smooth. I keep the berries and bananas in the freezer so I'm ready whenever I buy the spinach.
