With all due respect to the few SXM legislators who are genuinely interested in solving the timeshare problems on St. Maarten, IMHO, this is just more blah, blah, blah on their part. We've owned island timeshare on SXM since '86 and I've listened to and read about countless attempts about to happen to protect the timeshare purchasers and the industry, too. The results to date are zilch.
