Brian, I bought some Granny Smith (my fav) and was making an apple crisp and when I cut the apples the inside nearest the core had a light brownish like tinge. Any idea what caused that and if the apples are still good? Didn't want to taste to find out! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />
