We are headed for SXM for our seventh time next month. YEAH! I am growing fearful that rising airfare will soon price us out of taking our favorite vacation. I booked our flight last January for $681 per person (direct AA flight from CLT). The flight for next year is listed at almost $750.
Several years ago we thought we would save money and fly Spirit. We vowed never again. Does anyone possess some secret wisdom they can share with us about finding a better price?
Additional info: We could fly out of Atlanta if necessary. We love the direct flight from CLT but are willing to make several stops. We like to go in Sept - Oct when the island and beaches are less crowded.

AA will still fly out of CLT direct to SXM but looking at next years schedual you'll have to return to CLT via MIA out of SXM.

I only see flights up to 8/23/17 listed. Nothing for October 2017 yet on AA site for CLT-SXM

Flights won't show over 331 days. That is the earliest you can book a flight.
