As requested, here is the Secret Recipe for Bob's Famous "My Doudou".
"My Doudou"
Banana Vanilla Coconut - 750ml
(Multiply all ingredients for each 750ml bottle of rum used. Big batches are fun!)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Water
4 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
750ml Bottle of Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
1 Not Too Ripe Banana
1 Vanilla Bean - Cut in half and slit lengthwise.
Mix Brown Sugar and Water.
Boil for 5 minutes Stirring Constantly - Do Not Burn.
Turn Off Heat.
Stir in Vanilla Extract.
Allow mixture to cool.
Add Rum.
Slice banana into strips just thin enough to get into the bottles.
Put banana strips into bottles.
Put Vanilla beans into bottles.
Top off with rum mixture.
Let bottles stand for two weeks minimum.
