You can't go wrong in Grand Case! My favourites, in no particular order, are Le Cottage, Le Soleil, La Villa, Piazza Pascal, Bistrot Caraibes and L'Auberge Gourmande. I have found the best restaurants are on the street side, with the exception of Le Soleil, which has fantastic sunset views and food. Have just started a blog on Grand Case, check it out.
