I love onion rings but don't eat fried foods. So, my eyes perked up (as well as my taste buds) when I found this lightened up recipe. The onion rings are sauteed then baked to crisp up! Looks good. Will give a try!! BeerBattered Onion Rings from Cooking Light http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=222257 Contessa

This one looks like a winner. Not big on deep frying at home so this one we will definitely try. Thanks Contessa
