I saw that in the DH. I guess they will have a VIP area maybe, but otherwise, not sure how they could even sell tickets, as it's not like there are many ways to block off areas, considering they will have to keep the road open.

My mistake; I thought The Refuge was the area with the pool, which was a more daytime destination. Isn't there plenty of parking in the Alegria lot?

There are a FEW ships that stay in until around midnight. However, places like this don't usually open until like 10 PM and don't really get going until way after the cruisers have to be back onboard. I am not aware of any ships that actually stay overnight.
