My e-mail to Gary Violenes at Flamingo has been returned as undeliverable. Is he no longer there? If not, who is the contact person for splitting my 2 bedroom lockout?
Thanks for any info you can give.

Gary left to work at the Atrium around last year. You now have to go through the designated 800 number just for Flamingo and Royal Palm fixed week owners in Florida to do that. You also have to have your MF paid in full prior to splitting or internally exchanging your week. Those numbers where included in your owners MF billing and also in prior communications from Diamond Resorts. I don't have it handy or I would post it for you here. The new resort manage that was posted in the previous post has nothing to do with your needs. Elizabeth Lawrence is still there but she will instruct you to call the 800 number too.

Try this Owners Services number 1-800-463-7256

Thanks! I just received a reply to my e-mail to Owner Services stating "I'm not sure who it should be directed to." (Really??!!) They then gave me the number 721-544-3900 as the Front Desk number. Does this ring a bell?

800 number is the one to call. I've used it these last two years for my internal exchange for last May and this coming May. It's a pretty smooth process.

Does anyone know what happened to Arnaldo Phelipa the GM at the Flamingo? Thanks
