Great to see as it will cut down on the non guests that come to the pool or beach loungers and using the Flamingo amenities. I have to admit it was a constant suggestion that I put forth to the management last year and previous years in meetings and comment cards. Hope they really enforce it and not let it slide by. Seems contrary to what you posted back in Feb. and admitted to using the pools at LaVista as a guest of friends staying there when you were at Flamingo. Carol. The Flamingo allows friends of guests to use the pool as does the Royal Palm as long as they are with the people staying there. We have been to many other resort destinations and it's been the same there too. Maybe some of the places you have stayed at aren't as guest friendly but I know that the Diamond resorts allows this.

Not really. As I stated they allow guests of people saying there. You just have to go to the front desk or pool attendant and vouch for your guest now and they will be issued a wrist band. Was that way in December when my daughter was staying there. As far as using the LaVista pool as a guest of friends staying there. Yes, but only if invited by them and they were there too.

It will be like everything else at most hotels, they will not enforce it. How about the holding pool loungers for 1 hour, never happens. They don't have the staff to check on everybody.

Even with signs posted, Royal Palm did not enforce the being away from you chair for 1 hour rule and I doubt Flamingo does either. They don't want to pi$$ of an "owner" and them paying their high maintenance fee.
This isn't about calling anyone out, just going back to what was previously stated/posted and trying to give an objective view.
