If anyone's looking for a new soup recipe, I made this the other night and it was a huge hit! Daughter #2 said to be sure to keep this recipe. Asian Vegetable Beef Soup

I finally got around to giving this a try. Very good!! Next time, I think I will replace the rice with noodles. Thanks for the link!!
