Ok, have made many, many trips to SXM. Never ever have we had this experience before - NEVER EVER!!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> Coming back from Grand Marche, about the area of Mailbox -- traffic was generally moving fairly well. Saw people ahead going around something. We get there and low and behold -- what do we encounter?? Any guesses??? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> We get behind a motorcycle/Scooter really going maybe 20mph. Yes, it was actually moving, not broken down! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> So we ACTUALLY PASSED A SCOOTER ON SXM!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> Probably an only once in a lifetime experience!!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> But we did it -- unfortunately we did not have the camera to document this extra ordinary event! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

My guess....it must've been a tourist on a scooter....LOL Maybe this scooterist is trying to set up something new on the island.

Did not look like a tourist, but do not know. Was so shocked!!!
