I would say the best lobster dinner we've ever had was at l'astrolab located by Orient village. Their website is here. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the lobster specials.

I have to agree with Fabila, as you get your choice of Saba lobster or US lobster, varying sizes, and yes, waterfront seating is the best! Don't forget to ask for more garlic butter!

IMHO, if you're looking for a great grilled island lobster, having tried hard to find the best one, I'd highly recommend Skipjacks for a great lobster in a lovely setting, with Lee's garlic basted grilled lobster being my plan B.
Lobster Thermidor is a whole different kind of lobster and for what it's worth and try as we might, I haven't found any that compares to Antoine's on Front Street.
And as for cold water lobster, I wouldn't waste my money on SXM but we're almost in lobster country up here and I'll have mine at home, thank you very much. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

If you try the grilled lobster at Lee's, do remember they baste it with melted garlic butter while cooking on the grill. Yummy if you like it but not so much if you don't enjoy garlic butter. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
