We are flying First Class on Delta for a few upcoming trips. Have always flown Comfort Class in the past. Is there a luggage weight or number of pieces that you can take that is different from CC? I can't seem to find answers on their website. Thanks!

Not related to First Class (or SXM) but a couple of days ago we started our France trip and flew Delta Extra Comfort to Paris and it was like the old days...free beer (multiple)/wine/blankets/hot moist towels/dinner/breakfast...free bags x 2 (with Delta CC) and Sky boarding right after First Class...major video touch screen upgrade with many on demand movies and hundreds of shows..and PLENTY of leg space
Very nice....

What is the difference between Delta Extra Comfort and Comfort Class? Is this on European flights? We are going to Paris next June for a river cruise. Have not booked airfare yet, though.

Okay, another scenario about First Class: Delta allows you to book individual classes on flights. If you book First Class on the first leg, and Comfort Class on the second leg, do they charge you for the extra weight in your luggage (if you are over the 50 pound limit)?? How do they figure it out, especially if the luggage just gets transferred to the next flight? No customs involved.

Sorry to confuse you...Delta Comfort..not Extra...seat selected at booking. I believe it was $99 extra each way
Well worth the price
