Weird title, thought it was an SXM post hurricane ponzimscheme.
Jose has gone backwards east and just a bit north since i last plotted. Kind of stalled out there.
Your 80% chance storm off Africa already has rotation, so that 80% is probably right
Why cant fee find a way to cloud seed these hurricanes and make them weaken
